The concept caters for both construction professionals and keen amateurs, so that the most cost-effective buildup solution can be found from a range of options, including hybrid builder/client-build programmes.
A high level of insulation ensures buildings will retain a low-variance constant temperature, with low heat takeup in summer, and low heat loss in winter. Humidity levels are maintained through gradual equalisation of indoor and outdoor moisture content, leading to a constant average humidity within the healthy range.
The building system is deliberately breathable, not hermetic, so it won’t trap moisture and won’t become too arrid.
The CAD designs of building blocks are laid out in nested patterns to minimise waste during the production process.
